Privacy

We collect the smallest amount of information that lets the game work and the leaderboard be honest. If you are signed in, we remember your account; if you are not, we remember a random token in a cookie so your reads can still count.

What we store

• If you sign up: your email, a hashed password, and your display name.
• If you sign in with Google: your Google ID, email, and the name Google supplies.
• Per game: which aliens you killed and when, your score, and your wave.
• Per obituary you read: a row noting that you, specifically, read it.
• If you bought a gift: the recipient's name and (if provided) email, until we deliver.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your information.
• We do not display your email on the leaderboard. Only your display name appears.
• We do not enroll gift recipients in any mailing list.
• We do not show ads.

Deletion

Email privacy@galaga.0p.studio and we will delete your account and your records within seven days. We will keep the aliens you killed in the public obituary archive (their names are procedurally generated; they are not yours) unless you tell us otherwise about a specific alien.
