By playing or paying for anything here you agree to the following short list of things.

1. The aliens are fiction. Any resemblance to a real person, living or otherwise, is coincidental except where the gift flow uses a name you supplied.
2. You may share, screenshot, and quote obituaries freely with attribution to this site.
3. You may not use the API or any scrape to bulk-republish obituaries elsewhere without our written permission.
4. Refund policy: if a gift obituary contains content you reasonably consider inappropriate, email us within thirty days and we will refund and remove the obituary.
5. We can change these terms; we will keep an archive of older versions on request.
